Bolinder Stockholm aim to ship your order within 1-2 business day from that you have made your order in the webshop. Normally if you place an order before 11.00 AM CET we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments within Sweden are free of charge.
Shipments to nordic contries free of charge for orders exceeding 300€. For order below 300€, we charge 25 EUR.
Shipments to all countries within Europe Union are free of charge for orders exceeding 300€. For order below 300€, we charge 35 EUR.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: POSTNORD (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order from Bolinder Stockholm has been shipped. PostNord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

DHL (Rest of the World) You will get an email notification when your order from Bolinder Stockholm has been shipped. DHL will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
IMPORT TAX AND DUTY
For customers outside EU (For ex. Norway, UK and Switserland)
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order. Therefore the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of Tax and Duty to pay is different in every country.
Customers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denamrk, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, UK and USA can choose Klarna as a payment gateway with several options as pay directly with creditcard, bank account or to pay later. All information will be handled by Klarna, and Klarna store your payment information.
For all customer we have Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal as our payment gateways. You can pay directly with creditcard or choose to use your PayPal account. These gatways store your shopping information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the fully right to return your ordered and delivered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please use the same package and dustbag your order was received in. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping, and Bolinder Stockholm will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow the Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes and in accordance with EU juridical practises.
In case of a return Bolinder Stockholm will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described in the details above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment to your Klarna or PayPal account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
QUALITY CLAIMS: BOLINDERSTHLM.COM
If you need to make a claim regarding your Bolinder Stockholm product purchased at bolindersthlm.com due to a quality flaw in its quality, please contact us at email@example.com. We will evaluate the defect and try to help you best of efforts. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. To verify that the product was bought at a Bolinder Stockholm webshop or directly by Bolinder we ask you to always present the original purchase receipt or web order number in case of a claim. If you contact us by email, please explain the reason for your claim and send along high quality images of the defect plus your web order number or a scan or photo of your receipt. We follow Swedish consumer laws in claim cases.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A package sent by Bolinder Stockholm webshop with PostNord or other delivery companies will be kept at the delivery hub for approx. 14 days. If you don’t collect it, it will return to Bolinder Stockholm and you will be charged for the costs incurred. 300 SEK within Sweden, 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in rest of the world.
